AEGIS Service Desk 7.12 was released by DEK Software International on Saturday 30 July 2005. Its known requirements are : Supports MS SQL Server 2000, MS SQL Server 7 and MS Access.
AEGIS Service Desk will run on Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows NT and Windows XP.
